About the Role
• Ensure project authorization, funding, cash flow projections and monitor financial performance. • Obtain all jurisdictional approvals and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. • Drive timely punch‑list completion and project close‑out activities. • Control cost, schedule and quality from pre‑construction through close‑out for multiple projects. • Identify potential risks early and develop alternative solutions. • Maintain comprehensive project records and generate regular reports in an automated PM system. • Lead contractors and coordinate technical disciplines, consultants, inspectors, and support staff. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and maintenance staff on scope, estimates, scheduling, and warranty compliance. • Manage consultant and contractor selection, including scopes, solicitations, evaluations, and fee negotiations. • Serve as primary liaison with client representatives on a daily basis.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend/Heery is hiring a Project Manager to plan and execute real‑estate government projects. The role requires hands‑on construction project management, strong organisational skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment, overseeing multiple projects ranging from $50 K to $2 M. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. • Minimum 5 years progressive experience managing multiple tenant‑fit‑out and MEP projects under $2M, including A/E services and construction administration. • Proven ability to independently manage and coordinate design and construction projects and make decisions. • Strong communication skills; proficient with email, reports, spreadsheets and automated project‑management tools. • Expertise in project finances, estimating, contract change‑order negotiation, value‑engineering and contractor/A/E evaluations. • Knowledge of national, state and local codes, constructability review and quality assurance. • Preference for professional registration or CCM certification.
