About the Role

In this role you will drive sales growth and provide exceptional design‑consultation services to clients. You will work on‑site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with store leaders and associates and leveraging employee and customer traffic to generate leads. Weekend work is required. As an Area Sales & Design Specialist you will be expected to work on‑site at Home Depot locations, including weekends, holidays and some evenings, manage a sales pipeline, and regularly plan, coordinate and execute lead‑generating events. You must be self‑directed, able to work independently, build relationships, train others, and communicate product knowledge. You will also maintain clean, presentable displays, update signage, and partner with Home Depot leaders on sales performance, merchandising and displays. • Drive sales growth and provide design consultation at assigned Home Depot stores. • Manage relationships with store leaders, associates, and leverage store traffic for leads. • Work on-site, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. • Maintain a sales pipeline and coordinate lead‑generating events. • Train staff, communicate product knowledge, and ensure displays are clean and signage up‑to‑date.
