About the Role
We are seeking a Cook to join our team and prepare delicious meals for senior living residents, their families, and guests. Reporting to the Director of Culinary Services, the Cook will study recipes, set up menus, and prepare high‑quality dishes while adhering to sanitation regulations and maintaining accurate record‑keeping, product rotation, and inventory compliance. • Prepare and serve quality meals. • Ensure special dietary needs are met and prepare texture‑modified food as directed. • Maintain compliance with record keeping, food safety, and risk management requirements. • Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to adhere to HACCP, labeling, and storage protocols. • Maintain accurate hot and cold food, refrigerator, and freezer temperature logs. • Stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or carry up to 50 lb using proper body mechanics.

What You Bring
• Maintain a current ServSafe certification. • Possess at least one year of relevant food preparation experience, including full‑line menu items and special diets. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Demonstrate strong organizational, time‑management, judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
