About the Role
Perform receiving, in‑process, and final inspections on parts and products, including mechanical and visual inspections. Work to approved inspection checklists, engineering drawings, purchase orders, work instructions and specifications. Utilize the Non‑Conforming Material Control process to document parts that do not meet specifications. Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety considerations are integrated into daily activities. • Conduct receiving, in‑process, and final mechanical and visual inspections per checklists, drawings, and specifications. • Document non‑conforming parts using the Non‑Conforming Material Control process. • Incorporate Environmental, Health, and Safety practices into daily activities.

What You Bring
A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, and the role requires access to technology and materials subject to U.S. export laws. Eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Candidates must have at least two years of experience inspecting mechanical and visual parts and assemblies, as well as two years using business‑class software. They should be familiar with Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Part Quality Planning (APQP), engineering drawing interpretation, workmanship standards, military and federal specifications, GD&T, First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102, and ASQ Mechanical Inspector certification. Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and data‑analysis skills are essential for success in this role. These competencies support effective collaboration and continuous improvement. • Hold a High School diploma or GED; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. • Possess at least 2 years of mechanical/visual inspection experience and 2 years using business‑class software. • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, APQP, GD&T, FAI (AS9102), and ASQ Mechanical Inspector certification. • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and data‑analysis skills.
