About the Role

The Property Manager will create and maintain favorable tenant relationships and secure maximum economic return on the landlord’s investment. • Provide environments where tenants can prosper. • Foster employee growth and development. • Enhance client property values. • Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned properties. • Develop and implement property budgets and management plans. • Review financial results and prepare monthly ownership reports. • Lease vacant spaces and negotiate lease renewals for optimal returns. • Ensure timely rent collection. • Interpret and enforce lease clauses. • Respond to emergency situations at properties. • Oversee construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects. • Supervise maintenance staff and handle administrative duties. • Create and manage promotion programs, including marketing fund meetings and digital platforms. • Address tenant complaints and implement corrective actions. • Maintain tenant manuals and appreciation programs. • Coordinate with leasing department and agents for new tenants. • Establish and manage vendor contracts and insurance certificates. • Participate in city, chamber, and trade organization activities. • Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service. • Adhere to company policies and maintain high ethical standards. • Use computer devices in office environments with standard lighting.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include five to seven years of commercial property‑management experience, a real‑estate license, strong financial and analytical skills, and proven communication abilities; a college degree or certifications such as CPM, RPA, CCIM, or CSM are preferred. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a satisfactory motor‑vehicle record, and be willing to travel up to 50 % of the time. Physical demands include standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and using computer equipment in an office or field environment. • Possess 5–7 years commercial property‑management experience. • Hold a valid real‑estate license. • Demonstrate strong financial and analytical abilities. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers. • Preferred: college degree or certifications (CPM, RPA, CCIM, CSM). • Maintain a valid driver’s license with satisfactory record; travel up to 50 %. • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to stakeholders. • Stand or sit for extended periods (50 %+ of time). • Lift up to 25 lb unassisted.
