• Create and implement holistic recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, addressing short‑term needs and long‑term growth • Build and promote the company's employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and marketing • Oversee full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand needs, and guide the hiring process • Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source qualified candidates and build talent pipelines • Manage the Applicant Tracking System and use analytics to refine hiring practices and report outcomes • Lead and develop a team of recruiters (in larger organizations)

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of top performers in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent. The role includes managing the recruiting team through sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership. • 3‑5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience covering the full hiring lifecycle • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR) • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliant hiring • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders and candidates • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment • Data‑driven problem‑solving approach to recruitment
