About the Role
PureDry is hiring an In‑Home Sales Specialist (Residential Sales Representative) to meet with homeowners during pre‑scheduled appointments. The role involves assessing the scope of work, presenting solutions, and closing sales on the first visit without any cold‑calling, supported by the company’s dispatch and pre‑screening teams. • Meet with homeowners for pre‑qualified, in‑home appointments • Evaluate job scope using moisture meters and other technology • Provide solutions with empathy to quickly build trust • Obtain signed work authorization on site through honest consultations • Communicate job status with customers, management, and insurance carriers • Process all documentation promptly • Coordinate with insurance companies as needed

What You Bring
