About the Role

The position does not require late‑night work, allowing for a balanced personal life. Key duties include ensuring wait staff wear clean, pressed uniforms, maintaining the daily menu board, and providing exceptional customer service such as seating residents, presenting menus and specials, answering questions, and suggesting food options. The supervisor must also ensure tables are promptly and properly bussed, cleared, and reset in a timely manner. • Supervise wait staff to prepare, serve, and service the dining room. • Ensure staff wear clean, pressed uniforms. • Maintain the daily menu board. • Deliver exceptional customer service by seating residents, presenting menus, answering questions, and offering food suggestions. • Promptly buss, clear, and reset tables.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, or two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
