What You Bring
Flagger Force is seeking an Experienced Traffic Control Flagger in Pittsburgh, PA. The position pays $17 per hour with the potential for a raise or promotion within 45–60 days. The company values safety, professionalism, and growth, and hires experienced flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Experienced hires are the primary pipeline for leadership roles; many of the company’s top Crew Leaders and Advanced Crew Leaders began as experienced flaggers. • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. • Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.). • Availability Monday–Friday, early as 6 AM to late afternoon. • Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles per day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.
