About the Role
During the first 90 days, apprentices receive hands‑on training in plumbing safety, material and tool identification, chemical handling, and site workflow. They will perform tasks such as digging ditches, breaking and hauling concrete, protecting customer property, and maintaining a clean work environment while following the plumber’s instructions and adhering to safety standards. • Learn and follow job site safety procedures and proper PPE usage • Identify plumbing materials, tools, and chemicals, and use them safely • Perform site tasks such as digging ditches, breaking and hauling concrete, and protecting customer property • Maintain clean job sites, vans, and company equipment • Follow plumber instructions and halt unsafe practices (e.g., unshored trenches, ladder misuse, confined spaces) • Arrive on time and be prepared to work overtime as needed • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
