General Accounting Associate
Handle invoice coding, month-end accruals, reconciliations, reporting and project accounting.

About the Role
You will code vendor invoices and maintain freight costs on current projects to ensure proper billing. You will also accrue open invoices, reconcile accounts, generate month‑end reports, assist with monthly closing, respond to inquiries, participate in process‑improvement projects, and perform other administrative duties. • Code vendor invoices and verify correct general‑ledger account codes. • Maintain freight costs on projects to ensure accurate customer billing. • Accrue open invoices at month‑end when required. • Reconcile accounts to general‑ledger accounts as directed. • Generate month‑end financial reports. • Assist with monthly closing procedures. • Respond to inquiries from vendors and managers. • Participate in process‑improvement projects.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience; business/accounting degree preferred. • Strong attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Oracle experience preferred; project‑based accounting a plus.
