Maintenance Supervisors play a key part in overseeing facility operations, establishing standards that boost resident renewals and satisfaction, and ensuring the community remains safe and well‑maintained. • Schedule service support to maintain community appearance and resident safety. • Provide technical and project direction to manage competing priorities and deadlines. • Perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, exteriors, and appliances to ready apartments for rent. • Control expenses and anticipate future maintenance needs.

What You Bring
• Respond promptly to residential service requests using troubleshooting skills. • Minimum three years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience. • Prior supervisory experience. • Proficient in repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, building exteriors, and appliances. • Skilled in professional electronic communication. • Strong focus on exceeding customer needs and building relationships. • Demonstrated thoroughness, self‑motivation, and organization. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call hours. • High school diploma or equivalent; EPA certification and extensive HVAC repair experience.
