About the Role

The Production Supervisor will lead departmental activities and participate in cross‑functional initiatives to meet safety, quality, on‑time delivery, inventory, productivity and continuous‑improvement goals while reducing costs and achieving departmental metrics. • Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with standardized work and safety requirements. • Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives by empowering employees and collaborating cross‑functionally. • Oversee daily operations, including inventory review, labor scheduling, equipment maintenance, and budget adherence. • Monitor team performance in safety, quality, and productivity; provide coaching, training, and development resources. • Manage administrative functions such as attendance, time‑off, training records, and internal communications. • Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve plant goals and support business partner selection and development.

What You Bring

The role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, one year of supervisory experience, five years of leadership in a manufacturing setting, and expertise in lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, value‑stream mapping, standard work and visual management. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI (exemptions apply for active‑duty military) and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. • At least 1 year of supervisory experience. • Five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. • Experience with lean manufacturing/operational excellence tools (5S+, value‑stream mapping, standard work, visual management). • Experience in an engineered‑to‑order environment. • Must be within a 50‑mile radius of Waukesha, WI (active‑duty military exempt). • No relocation assistance; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship.
