About the Role
The Quality Inspector – Electrical is responsible for conducting performance testing of electrical components and equipment within Trachte product buildings, confirming that they meet design specifications and the Trachte Compliance Control system before shipment. The role involves preparing test workstations, executing test sequences, documenting results, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with electricians and supervisors to ensure safe and accurate operation. • Prepare product buildings for performance testing by setting up workstations, connecting temporary power, and verifying electrical safety. • Perform electrical performance testing as part of a two‑person team, correlating operation with TCC documentation. • Review construction drawings and execute structured ON/OFF cycles for various components. • Test circuit continuity and compatibility using volt/ohmmeters to ensure safety and compliance. • Mark and document drawing segments to confirm successful component testing. • Troubleshoot performance deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Lead Electrician. • Communicate deficiencies clearly and provide direction to electricians as needed. • Assist with post‑testing activities such as labeling, ship‑loose item lists, and material preparation for transport. • Train and instruct crew members on installation policies, standards, and quality expectations. • Foster a positive work environment that promotes pride, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement. • Planning & Organization – prioritizes work, manages time effectively, and coordinates tasks. • Directly supervises one or more employees during electrical installation activities. • Responsible for training, planning, assigning, and directing work in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. • Addresses performance issues, complaints, and resolves problems as needed.

What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical skills, along with effective communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
