About the Role

• Coordinate PERM labor certification process, manage job postings and track case progress • Maintain internal immigration and work‑authorization trackers • Collect employee and employer documentation for visa applications and petitions • Draft and mail H‑1B withdrawal letters to USCIS when applicable • Create and maintain compliant electronic immigration files • Provide clear visa information, procedures and timelines to employees and stakeholders • Generate purchase orders and process immigration‑related invoices using D365 • Build immigration metrics reports and dashboards with Tableau or Power BI • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline immigration processes • Support internal and external audits of immigration activities • Partner with HR Coordinators to support onboarding and offboarding • Provide general assistance to other HR teams as needed • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable • Exercise judgment and discretion with sensitive, confidential information

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Immigration Coordinator. This entry‑level position provides 70 % administrative support to the U.S. Immigration function and 30 % support to the HR team. Experience with data‑visualisation or workflow tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet or Microsoft Forms is preferred but not required, and hybrid work out of the Houston office is required. • Possess 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support role • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field • Experience with data‑visualisation or workflow tools preferred • Demonstrate creative thinking and proactive initiative to improve processes • Exhibit strong organizational and time‑management skills
