About the Role
• Generate and send vendor forecasts to maintain supply chain visibility. • Monitor supplier capacity and schedules to meet NPI and mass production targets. • Collaborate with design teams on Bill of Materials and routing validation. • Develop analytical solutions for data discovery to enhance procurement performance. • Build advanced analytics models (predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, simulation, statistical) for complex supply chain challenges. • Visualize analytical outputs using visualization software. • Convert data into actionable intelligence for organization‑wide use. • Create dashboards and tools enabling data‑driven decisions with key metrics and KPIs. • Apply statistical techniques such as regression and clustering for advanced insights. • Communicate insights and synthesize conclusions from large, complex datasets. • Partner with IT and Master Data teams to secure high‑quality data for discovery and modeling. • Train and mentor analysts and super users. • Drive continuous improvement of supply chain tools and processes. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend are looking for a Procurement Manager to support a large‑scale construction project. The ideal candidate has great communication skills and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience. • Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP. • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python. • Prior people‑management experience. • Proven track record in procurement and supply chain oversight. • Expertise in data engineering and collaboration with subject‑matter experts. • Detail‑oriented with ability to work quickly and accurately. • Skilled in root‑cause analysis of complex issues. • Ability to infer realistic business and supply chain implications from data and model results. • Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations. • Excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this full‑time role is $120K‑$150K per year, reflecting base salary only and may vary based on experience and qualifications.
