About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director – Project Management to join our team on a permanent basis. As Project Manager you will represent Mace while interfacing with key clients, leading others effectively, providing clear direction, and coaching teams to reach their full potential. • Oversee project timeframes and budgets, identifying risks and mitigation strategies. • Manage project delivery from inception through design, planning, procurement, and construction for external/third‑party clients. • Ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations and communicate strategies to client, consultant, and contractor teams. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to support project success. • Lead and coordinate client, consultant, and external stakeholder teams to meet client expectations. • Drive collaboration among all parties involved in the project. • Produce integrated design and authority programmes linked to procurement and delivery schedules. • Manage timely delivery across all project phases in accordance with agreed milestones. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies, programmes, and initiatives. • Implement continuous process improvements using best practices and lessons learned.
