What You Bring
The role requires basic remodeling or general construction experience, showing up daily, completing quality work, answering homeowner questions, and coordinating final payment with the office. Candidates need at least six months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience, preferably some window installation, a valid driver’s license with a good record, strong communication and customer service skills, a commitment to quality, and must be 21 or older. • Minimum 6 months remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience; window installation preferred. • Valid driver’s license with good driving record. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Must be at least 21 years old.
