About the Role

The Machine Operator – Fabrication works under the area supervisor to produce parts that meet plant specifications using CNC machining and fabrication equipment. The position is on the third shift (Sunday‑Thursday, 11 PM‑7 AM) with daily and Saturday overtime available as business needs dictate. • Operate CNC machining and fabrication equipment on third shift (11 PM‑7 AM, Sun‑Thu) with overtime as needed. • Position and secure workpieces while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurement tools such as dial calipers and millimeter tapes. • Follow directions, collaborate in a team environment, and manage inventory control.

What You Bring

• Meet basic qualifications: high school diploma/equivalent and understanding of machining fundamentals. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and PC/Microsoft Office skills. • Apply mechanical aptitude to interpret drawings and resolve complex issues. • Possess physical ability to stand, walk, lift 25‑50 lb, and perform occasional stooping, bending, and reaching.

Benefits

Compensation starts at $21.25 per hour for Machine Operator I and $23.75 for Machine Operator II, each plus an 11 % shift premium, and includes eligibility for a quarterly bonus of up to six percent based on site performance. • Earn starting wages ($21.25‑$23.75 plus 11 % shift premium) plus eligibility for a quarterly bonus up to 6 %.
