Client Support Specialist

About the Role

In this position you will deliver advanced technical assistance both on‑site and remotely, working hand‑in‑hand with the Digital Client Engineering team to evaluate, train on, and document emerging solutions. You will also guide the Level 1 service desk through training sessions and be part of a rotating on‑call schedule to address high‑priority incidents, while extending premium support to executive leadership.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates bring three to five years of client‑support experience, strong analytical troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. A solid understanding of IT/digital infrastructure, ITIL processes, and technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, SCCM, networking, VPN, and VDI/Citrix is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years of client‑support experience with strong problem‑solving abilities • Proficient in ServiceNow, Microsoft Windows/Office 365, SCCM, SCEP, TCP/IP, VPN, and VDI/Citrix • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to work independently and with global teams • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
