About the Role

The Property Manager is responsible for the full management of the community, overseeing team leadership, vendor management, preventative maintenance, and enhancing residents' quality of life. The primary role is to serve the board in achieving their goals and vision for the community. The Manager oversees staff on a daily basis and supervises all operations, including maintenance, finances, administration, and compliance with documents and laws. • Lead and manage community staff and vendors • Oversee preventative maintenance and building operations • Serve the board to achieve community goals and vision • Manage finances, administration, and legal compliance
