About the Role
As a Welcome Center Representative, you will assist in checking in Mini-Vac clients and support manifesting OPC tours. Representatives provide hotel reservation information, book tours, create reservations in Concierge, update client accounts, confirm rooms, handle customer issues, and drive retail and hotel sales. • Book, modify, and service guest reservations while communicating effectively. • Confirm and qualify each incoming guest for their presentation. • Report tour reconciliations to appropriate departments throughout the day. • Answer questions from owners and non‑owners regarding reservations. • Address special needs of owners and non‑owners. • Greet non‑owners/guests arriving for their vacation. • Review qualifications with guests at booking and check‑in. • Provide guests with local information, maps, and area details. • Sell Busch Gardens, Scuppers, and other vacation‑enhancing tickets. • Report arrivals, no‑shows, tour invites, late arrivals, and daily room/in‑house booking activity.
