About the Role
Employees are expected to maintain reliable, full‑time onsite attendance, work independently and collaboratively, and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce waste. • Set up and operate high‑speed robotic equipment to form and cut steel. • Follow all safety and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. • Perform advanced equipment calibration and maintain tooling. • Inspect materials for quality issues and report deficiencies. • Diagnose equipment problems to minimize scrap and production delays. • Complete production, changeover, and scrap reports. • Assist maintenance with repairs and preventive maintenance activities. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain regular, full‑time onsite attendance. • Operate forklifts, cranes, and other necessary equipment. • Commit to promoting health and safety practices per regulatory and company standards.

What You Bring
• Possess manufacturing or industrial experience, preferably in a production setting. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and write English. • Perform basic math and use measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb, stand 10–12 hours, and use manual dexterity for prolonged periods.
