About the Role

The Segment Schedule Manager will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules across all work segments, ensuring alignment with overall timelines. They will coordinate with engineering, construction, and project‑management teams, track progress, identify risks or delays, implement corrective actions, prepare schedule reports, support planning meetings, and help keep each segment on target for key milestones. • Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across design, procurement, permitting, and construction phases. • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to define activity sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces. • Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones. • Collaborate on resource planning and allocation of labor, equipment, and materials for timely execution. • Monitor progress and generate detailed reporting (narratives, look‑aheads, KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders. • Manage schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements, project goals, and industry best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • 10+ years of project scheduling experience, with at least 5 years on large‑scale infrastructure or transportation projects. • Proficiency in scheduling tools, preferably Primavera P6. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. • Experience with self‑perform work scheduling (preferred). • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
