The role requires construction experience, the ability to work with subcontractors, strong discipline, and a courteous, professional presence when representing CBH Homes to teammates, subcontractors, and others. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or a comparable supervisory role in new home construction. A thorough knowledge of all trades, strong motivation, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as a team are essential. Additional expectations include building lasting relationships with trade partners, holding a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and representing CBH Homes courteously. • Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or similar supervisory role in new home construction. • Thorough knowledge of all construction trades. • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of independent and team work. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
