About the Role
The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers from initial contact through closing, using proactive sales techniques, relationship management, and market knowledge to ensure a seamless experience. Key duties include engaging visitors, determining needs, generating and closing sales via the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach, maintaining the Welcome Home Center and model homes, traveling for lead generation, tracking traffic, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in sales meetings and marketing events. • Engage visitors, build relationships, and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales through self‑generated or referred leads with the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling method. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes, addressing maintenance issues promptly. • Travel locally to source leads from Realtors, referrals, and proactive prospecting. • Track daily customer traffic and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (college degree and real‑estate license preferred), 1‑3 years of new‑home sales or related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools, and a self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset. The role requires regular on‑site presence, the ability to work more than eight hours in construction environments, operate a vehicle, read plans, lift 50+ lb, and occasionally use construction equipment. • Minimum high school diploma; college degree and real‑estate license preferred; 1‑3 years new‑home sales experience. • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools. • Ability to work independently, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. • Physical ability to work on‑site, lift over 50 lb, climb ladders, operate vehicles and occasional construction equipment.
