About the Role
• Set up and take down cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment. • Use stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor site activity. • Follow all safety rules taught in training. • Communicate with crew and supervisor. • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe. • Work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions. • Stand or walk 8–12 hours per shift; schedule may include nights, weekends, or emergencies. • Remain alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules. • Treat coworkers, clients, and public with respect. • Provide own steel‑toe boots (above ankle).

What You Bring
As a Protector you will work with a team on job sites, following strict safety protocols. No prior experience or degree is required; we equip you with a hard hat, safety goggles, vest, whistle, walkie‑talkie, and weather gear, while you supply steel‑toe boots. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods. • Ability to lift 40–50 lb. • Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather. • Pass pre‑hire screening and drug test. • Paid training and traffic safety certificate.
