About the Role
Work is performed onsite at model homes or mobile offices within the community, using standard office equipment in a fast‑paced environment that may require frequent schedule changes. Employees must be able to handle high‑volume interactions, maintain a professional appearance, and adapt to shifting priorities. • Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound calls, educate prospects, set appointments, and answer questions professionally. • Conduct and present sales presentations consistent with company training. • Generate and follow up on leads, enter all activity into Salesforce daily, and transition prospects to contract status. • Build and maintain relationships with realtors through networking and office visits. • Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager and participate in scheduled meetings. • Produce referrals by maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction. • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on the home‑building process and community information for prospects. • Conduct regular follow‑up calls: night before loan application, night of sale, and weekly for customers under contract. • Respond to internal communications (calls, emails) within 24 hours.
