About the Role
The coordinator will implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes throughout all project phases, utilizing Mortenson’s BIM/VDC platforms for tasks such as existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, 4D phase planning, site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, coordination, digital fabrication, and record modeling. • Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes using Mortenson’s BIM/VDC platforms. • Serve as point of contact for construction team on VDC reports throughout all project phases. • Train team members on VDC workflows and ensure active participation in the IDAT community. • Conduct daily work planning and document process improvements.

What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator (VDC) to join its Data Center Solutions Group. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, and demands flexibility, ingenuity, dedication, efficiency, integrity, and confidentiality. Being a local candidate is a plus. As a top builder, developer, and EPC firm, Mortenson works across markets including sports, renewable energy, data centers, and healthcare, and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all individuals. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil/construction engineering or related field. • Minimum two years of relevant experience. • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu and BIM 360. • Experience with 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, Adobe Suite. • Familiarity with Unity/Unreal, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri, and 2D/3D rendering (preferred). • Completed intermediate BIM/VDC software training. • FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot certificate (or obtain within 90 days). • Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving and leadership skills. • Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple project tasks. • Valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Benefits
Mortenson offers a base salary range of $96,400 – $130,100, with higher ranges for locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C., and eligibility for the company incentive plan.
