About the Role
The Server represents ISS Guckenheimer and ensures effective and efficient operation of pantry offices or executive dining rooms, adhering to client and corporate guidelines while maintaining the highest professional standards. All staff must comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies, participate in training, and report hazards to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. • Anticipate, deliver, and exceed customer needs. • Identify service deficiencies early and communicate with managers. • Provide excellent one‑on‑one customer service and uphold hospitality standards. • Ensure compliance with Allergen and Alcohol Awareness policies. • Build and maintain good relationships with cooks, servers, porters, and managers. • Greet customers warmly with a smile, eye contact, and a welcoming attitude. • Follow SERVSafe and HACCP programs. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns. • Observe safety rules and actively prevent accidents. • Maintain room presentation, sanitation, and inventory of food and beverage. • Coordinate orders, deliver food and drinks efficiently, and perform side work and closeout tasks. • Provide exceptional table service, including portioning, arranging, and garnishing meals. • Complete additional cleaning and dishwashing assignments as needed. • Remain on feet for up to 8 hours daily, adhering to dress code. • Perform under pressure and meet time‑deadlines during peak periods.

What You Bring
• Communicate, motivate, and interact with customers to promote Guckenheimer/ISS culture. • Minimum 2 years fine‑dining or executive‑level customer service experience. • Ability to describe menus and prepare a variety of non‑alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. • Knowledge of food principles, fine‑dining service techniques, and POS systems. • Strong attention to detail and cooperative teamwork with courtesy and respect. • Proficient in reservation handling, phone etiquette, and seating arrangements. • Lift a minimum of 25 lb.

Benefits
Full‑time employees receive a range of benefits such as medical, dental, life and disability insurance and a comprehensive leave program; the hourly wage for this position is $15.00. Work schedules may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the expectation to be on foot for up to eight hours and capable of lifting at least 25 lb.
