About the Role
The Associate Photographer role supports CoStar’s online marketplaces by collecting media for residential listings. Photographers operate within assigned territories, manage scheduled appointments, and report to a local manager while collaborating with various internal teams. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floorplans of homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 equipment. • Produce high‑quality interior photographs for property marketing. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointment logistics. • Survey assigned one‑mile grids to locate and document commercial real‑estate inventory. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection.

What You Bring
The job requires up to eight hours of standing, walking, and vehicle time daily, with the ability to lift equipment up to five pounds and perform repetitive hand movements. Photographers must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, on a rotating weekend schedule, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management. • Possess at least 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience. • Hold a FAA Part 107 Drone certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, attention to detail, and accurate data entry. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check.

Compensation is hourly with a target annual base of $50,000, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses tied to predefined metrics.
