About the Role

The consultant engages visitors at Welcome Home Centers, builds relationships to understand buying needs, and generates sales leads through community outreach, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. They maintain deep knowledge of market offerings, track communications from initial contact to post‑closing, and support sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. • Engage visitors at Welcome Home Centers to assess home‑buying needs. • Generate sales leads through community events, realtor partnerships, and prospecting. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, community features, and market demographics. • Track and follow up with customers from initial contact through post‑closing. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives. • Ensure Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes are well‑maintained. • Complete required training and represent Lennar at community events.

What You Bring

Key qualifications include a high school diploma (college degree and real‑estate license preferred), 1–2 years of homebuilding or real‑estate sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools, and a self‑motivated, positive work ethic are essential. The position requires regular in‑person attendance at job sites and offices, the ability to work in all weather conditions, and physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lb. Finger dexterity for computer and phone use, as well as a valid state driver’s license for navigating neighborhoods and meeting clients, are mandatory. • Hold at least a high‑school diploma; college degree and real‑estate license preferred. • Possess 1–2 years of homebuilding or real‑estate sales experience. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking software. • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lb and work in all weather conditions.
