About the Role
• Support project teams in developing, updating, and tracking schedules. • Ensure effective communication among all members of the Vice‑Presidency of project services. • Simplify and structure schedule usage across core‑business projects by fostering a project‑management culture. • Create complex schedules for major projects. • Organize audit preparation and coordinate planning data with construction information systems (documentation, 4D modeling, cost and cash‑flow control).

What You Bring

Son équipe chevronnée d’ingénieurs, de gestionnaires de projets et de spécialistes agit également dans la construction de parcs éoliens ainsi que dans les projets hydroélectriques, consolidant sa position de leader au Canada. • Master planning software and maintain close communication with operations throughout all project phases. • Engineering degree or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. • 3–7 years’ experience as a construction scheduler. • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 (mandatory) and optional MS Project, including WBS and coding systems. • Knowledge of linear scheduling (TILOS), schedule quality audit (DCMA‑14), and 4D software (Synchro 4D/Navisworks) is an asset. • Functional bilingualism in French and English. • Planning certification (e.g., AACE‑PSP) and risk‑management training are assets. • Ability to obtain a security clearance. • Team‑player with strong attention to detail, rigor, organization and prioritization. • Effective communicator, trainer and change agent.
