Candidates should possess 10‑15 years of experience delivering large and complex programmes, with a background in data‑centre, manufacturing, or corporate occupier projects delivered by owners, consultants, developers, or EPCs. Proven expertise in program management and PMO leadership is required, including the ability to design governance frameworks, implement robust controls, and drive initiatives like Quarterly Business Reviews, vendor performance management, and KPI development. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the capacity to work in client‑facing and cross‑functional team environments, are essential. • Must be located in Dallas or Fort Worth. • Minimum 10‑15 years experience delivering large, complex programmes. • Experience with data‑centre, manufacturing, and corporate occupier projects. • Demonstrated expertise in establishing processes, procedures, and governance frameworks. • Proficient in Quarterly Business Reviews, vendor performance management, and KPI development. • Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and analytical abilities. • Excellent client‑facing communication and team‑leadership skills. • Detail‑oriented with strong written, presentation, and verbal communication capabilities.
