About the Role
In this position you will lead regional quality initiatives, improve product compliance, enhance the customer experience, manage risk, drive continuous improvement, and reduce cost of quality. A collaborative mindset and a culture of open reporting of quality issues are essential to success. • Manage compliance with wing‑to‑wing quality standards and governance for Cordant Software and OTR. • Drive project and process improvements to achieve Zero Defects and Right First Time. • Develop and implement the Vision and Improvement Strategy. • Oversee customer quality relationships and prioritize issues. • Analyze customer satisfaction data and act on findings. • Manage Cost of Quality, non‑conformances, risk, audits, and preventive actions. • Communicate high‑level concepts to senior leadership and foster cross‑functional collaboration. • Coach, develop, and mentor peers and subordinates, introducing proactive approaches. • Lead programs/projects, including documentation, planning, marketing, and execution.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Possess proven experience in software development, quality assurance, and customer interaction. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities. • Ability to coach and mentor at all organizational levels. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt) or be in progress. • Exhibit strong problem‑analysis and resolution skills.
