About the Role
The Mason will ensure high‑quality masonry work, adhere to safety and quality standards, and collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines. • Perform masonry work for residential and commercial construction projects, including brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and stonework. • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately. • Mix, measure, and prepare mortar, cement, and other construction materials. • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry structures. • Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely project completion. • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Report any issues, discrepancies, or defective materials to supervisors promptly. • Assist in training junior masons or helpers, if required. • Perform additional tasks as required to support construction operations and project deadlines.

What You Bring
Al Marwan Developments is looking for a skilled and reliable Mason with experience in real estate construction projects. The role involves carrying out masonry work for residential and commercial properties, ensuring high‑quality workmanship, compliance with project specifications, and timely completion. The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, experienced in a variety of masonry techniques, and able to work effectively within a construction team. • 4–6 years of hands‑on masonry experience in real estate or construction. • Strong knowledge of brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and finishing techniques. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans. • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials and tools. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Knowledge of safety practices and adherence to site safety regulations. • UAE experience preferred. • Basic communication skills in English or Arabic are an advantage.
