About the Role

• Set up and take down cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment. • Use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor site activity. • Follow all safety rules learned in training. • Communicate with crew and supervisor. • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe. • Stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules continuously. • Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect.

What You Bring

You will work outdoors year‑round in all weather, with shifts that may vary to include nights, weekends, or emergency assignments. AWP provides essential safety gear such as a hard hat, safety goggles, vest, whistle, walkie‑talkie, and weather‑appropriate clothing; you must supply your own steel‑toe boots. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods. • Ability to lift 40–50 lb. • Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather. • Pass pre‑hire screening, including drug test.
