What You Bring

RQC is hiring an experienced pipefitter to join its mechanical team for ongoing work at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The position requires work on the military base and pays the Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage, with rates ranging from $47.79 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, and one week of vacation and sick time. Candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, pass a drug screening, and complete a commercial criminal background check and a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to the military base. • High school diploma or GED minimum education. • Minimum 4 years journeyman‑level pipefitting experience in commercial, government, or military construction. • Experience with mechanical pipe installation, deep underground work, and start‑up/energizing of boilers and chillers. • Valid pipefitter license or journeyman card (preferred). • Current welding certification. • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA‑10 certifications (preferred).
