About the Role
The employee utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform a variety of tasks in the production of metal oxide varistor (MOV) disks used in arrestor product lines. This role is responsible for the weigh/batch and spray dry elements of the production process and maintains standards of quality, production, and safety while complying with company policies and supporting team goals. Safety duties include following all safety policies and procedures, complying with JSA’s, wearing proper PPE, adhering to production attire policy, ensuring the work cell has safe equipment, and promptly reporting any safety issues to a supervisor or manager. General cleaning of shop areas and personal 5S/industrial housekeeping are also required. • Perform weigh/batch and spray dry operations for MOV disk production • Maintain quality, production, and safety standards • Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and report hazards promptly • Conduct general cleaning and 5S housekeeping in the shop • Execute process setups, data entry, and inspections per standard work • Collaborate with team and flex between work cells as needed • Perform decimal‑level multiplication and division • Communicate product or quality issues clearly to supervisors

What You Bring
The employee works under general or intermittent supervision to execute processes, setups, data entry, and inspections related to weigh/batch and spray dry according to OMS/standard work. They work in a team environment, accept additional duties, and may flex between work cells as needed. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, residence within 50 miles of the work location (with an exemption for active‑duty military), the ability to multiply and divide to the decimal level, and clear communication of product or quality problems to supervisors. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Reside within 50 miles of the work location (military exemption applies)
