About the Role

• Lead stakeholder coordination with architects, engineers, and suppliers to define and procure A/E solutions for facility renovations. • Track and manage critical project milestones to prevent schedule delays. • Apply effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout delivery. • Implement best practices for MEP and low‑voltage projects in industrial/manufacturing facilities. • Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation. • Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure compliance with approved design standards. • Manage supplier interfaces using monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate information flow among project team via regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key milestones, reporting to client executives on design, decisions, and status. • Oversee local design teams to meet commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFI response. • Offer cost‑control, value‑engineering, and constructability guidance; review status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs. • Cultivate client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategic approaches aligning client and business objectives. • Capture and disseminate project learnings for knowledge management. • Identify and implement process improvements and ensure SOX compliance where applicable.

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the San Diego team, focusing on large‑scale electrical construction projects. The role requires overseeing stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and delivery of compliant MEP and low‑voltage solutions for industrial and manufacturing facilities. The manager will also produce status reports, manage supplier interfaces, and support clients with technical guidance. This role falls within the Real Estate department and reports to senior leadership while collaborating with cross‑functional project teams. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline, along with 5‑10 years of relevant project management experience, especially in MEP execution. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and other construction management tools is essential. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field; MEP certification preferred. • 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in MEP issue resolution and execution oversight. • Strong organizational, collaborative, and management skills. • Effective presentation and communication abilities. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Benefits

The position offers a full‑time salary range of $150 k–$165 k, reflecting base compensation only, with the final amount dependent on experience and qualifications.
