About the Role

The Enterprise Implementation Services team ensures client success by owning the setup, configuration, training, and testing of the ServiceTitan platform for the largest and most influential businesses in the home services industry. Their work tailors implementation strategies to optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive measurable outcomes. You will manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, acting as the primary client contact while partnering with a Delivery Manager to ensure on‑time delivery and long‑term client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading scoping and discovery sessions, configuring ServiceTitan environments to align with best practices, delivering training and custom resources, proactively identifying and escalating risks, collaborating with cross‑functional data, training, and product teams, staying current on new functionality, and traveling onsite 20‑30% of the time. • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from start to finish as the primary client contact. • Partner with Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery and long‑term client success. • Lead scoping and discovery sessions to document business requirements. • Configure ServiceTitan environments to meet client needs and best practices. • Conduct client training and create customized resources while adhering to standards. • Identify and proactively escalate implementation risks, collaborating on solutions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional data, training, and product teams to meet timelines. • Stay updated on new and in‑development ServiceTitan functionality. • Travel onsite to client locations 20‑30% of the time. • Proactively anticipate roadblocks and devise creative solutions. • Take ownership of tasks within the project plan to deliver client value.

What You Bring

The role requires five or more years of relevant experience in client‑facing, project management, SaaS implementation, or the home services industry, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Candidates must be exceptionally detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solvers with strong client relationship skills, a collaborative mindset, ownership of project tasks, and preferably familiarity with Excel or SmartSheet. • Possess 5+ years of experience in client‑facing, project management, SaaS implementation, or home services. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and thorough documentation skills. • Exhibit strong client relationship and partnership skills. • Knowledge of Excel and SmartSheet is a plus.
