About the Role
The Healthcare Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of healthcare construction projects, ranging from single large‑scale builds to multiple smaller concurrent jobs. Acting as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors, the manager ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards. • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules for multiple healthcare builds. • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, architects, consultants and vendors to ensure seamless execution. • Monitor and control costs, change orders, and risk mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with AHCA, local, state and federal building codes, and CPPI quality‑control standards. • Oversee job‑site safety programs and promptly report any safety issues. • Manage the submittal and approval process, including permits, long‑lead items and warranty documentation. • Prepare and process contracts, pay applications, invoices and certified payroll as required. • Implement and track ODP and LEED program requirements when applicable. • Conduct project meetings, record accurate minutes, and address identified issues in a timely manner. • Support the superintendent and project staff by facilitating continuous coordination and training.

What You Bring
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, hold a valid driver’s license and possess a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related fields. At least three years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare commercial projects with AHCA, is required, along with strong leadership, communication, budgeting and problem‑solving skills.
