What You Bring
Kimley-Horn’s Tucson, Arizona office is looking for a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with at least two years of experience to join its Roadway team. The role is based on-site and will support multiple project managers across a variety of civil engineering tasks. • Hold at least 2 years experience with a civil engineering design firm • Possess a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program • Have EIT or Engineering Intern certification, or obtain it within 12 months • Proficient with MicroStation/InRoads/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Exhibit urgency, self‑initiative, and attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
