What You Bring
In this role you will face new challenges each day, troubleshooting a variety of systems while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. The position is ideal for motivated individuals who take initiative and are committed to keeping homes in excellent condition. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have a personal vehicle, be able to commute within 30 minutes, and preferably possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification. One year of related experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience is required. • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
