About the Role

The role follows a Monday‑to‑Friday full‑time schedule with occasional weekend travel, working at various landfill and recycling facilities that serve over 20 million customers across the United States. Operators will run bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders, adhere to strict safety protocols, conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, and move raw materials and finished components as needed. • Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance • Maintain accurate maintenance records • Move and position raw materials using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance • Accountable for adhering to safety guidelines • Occasionally handle objects less than 30 lb
