About the Role
• Maintain and update detailed Primavera P6 schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases, analyzing variances and escalating potential delays. • Track engineering resources with managers and global teams, adjusting schedules to reflect actual progress and revised forecasts. • Coordinate with the Product Delivery Planner to align MRP data with real‑time scheduling, ensure timely material release and sequencing, and attend joint planning‑scheduling meetings. • Engage global project teams to gather inputs, provide regular status updates, and create dashboards for internal and external project reviews. • Generate progress and risk assessment reports from Primavera P6 and MRP systems, and maintain audit‑ready documentation of schedule changes.

What You Bring
The Project Management Experienced Professional – Project Planning will own detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, track engineering resources, align material flow with MRP data, and serve as a key interface between long‑term planning and short‑term execution. The role requires close collaboration with global project teams, regular status communication across time zones, and the production of audit‑ready reports and dashboards for progress and risk reviews. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. • 3–5 years of experience in scheduling or project coordination, preferably in oil & gas or related industries. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and familiar with MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP. • Strong analytical and communication skills, able to translate technical schedules for non‑technical audiences. • Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones.
