About the Role

As a RealPage Senior Director, Product Management within Data & Analytics, you are a senior-level strategic leader accountable for vision, strategy, execution, and customer value delivery for multiple Business Intelligence products. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers and report to the SVP & GM product. You will lead a team of four to eight product managers, own multiple products, and create product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. You will define product lifecycle strategies, drive product introduction and launch readiness, and oversee product impact and customer engagement activities such as discovery and user groups. You will represent the product line at industry conferences, manage the team budget, and ensure financial impact. • Manage and mentor a team of 4‑8 product managers • Own and lead multiple Business Intelligence products • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Develop product lifecycle plans including migration and sunset • Drive product introduction, launch readiness, and enablement • Lead product impact initiatives and customer engagement programs • Speak at industry conferences and provide thought leadership • Manage team budget and financial performance

What You Bring

The role requires 9‑12 or 12‑15 years of industry‑specific domain or business/PM experience, plus 5‑7 years of management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Required knowledge and skills include business strategy, customer and product mindset, problem solving, negotiation, communication, product and domain expertise, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and team building. The position may require occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, and handling objects, as well as prolonged periods of sitting or standing. The employee must operate a computer, communicate verbally, and meet vision requirements; lifting up to 10 + pounds may be needed. • 9‑15 years of industry/domain experience and 5‑7 years of management experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Expertise in business strategy, product mindset, problem solving, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and team building • Physical requirements: occasional standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting 10+ pounds
