About the Role

The Outlet Server provides the highest quality of service to guests by attentively, courteously, and efficiently receiving and delivering orders, handling payments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. • Attend to guests with attentive, friendly, and efficient service. • Serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. • Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing. • Perform cashier duties, close checks, and complete end‑of‑shift paperwork. • Follow opening and closing procedures and complete side‑work checklists. • Keep tables and side stands stocked, tidy, and clean throughout the shift. • Ensure beverage stations remain at least three‑quarters full. • Break down soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom according to standards. • Answer telephone calls following established protocols. • Consistently upsell food, beverage, and promotional items to guests. • Receive and deliver orders while collecting payment efficiently. • Maintain overall guest satisfaction and restaurant cleanliness. • Work flexible, long hours as needed and stand for the entire shift. • Listen, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests. • Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. • Attend required hotel meetings and trainings, maintaining regular attendance. • Maintain high standards of personal appearance, uniform, and nametag. • Comply with hotel safety and operational standards and regulations. • Identify productivity improvements and assist in implementing solutions. • Proactively handle problems by anticipating, preventing, and resolving them. • Apply complex information from various sources to meet objectives. • Cross‑train in other hotel areas as needed. • Maintain confidentiality of hotel and guest information.

What You Bring

• Know the layout and functions of the restaurant, lounges, and room service areas. • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and current specials. • Know fire‑extinguisher locations and proper usage. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred. • Lift or move up to 50 lb occasionally and 20 lb frequently, and maneuver with full trays. • Communicate verbally and in writing with staff and guests in a courteous manner.
