The Human Resource Management Trainee role is designed for individuals passionate about people management and eager to support HR initiatives that foster a safe, positive, and engaging workplace. Working closely with the HR/Safety Manager, the trainee will help streamline processes, collaborate across departments, and align employee support with company values and strategy. Ideal candidates adapt well to a changing manufacturing environment, possess a solid understanding of human resources, maintain strict confidentiality, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor and Employee Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required, along with internship or professional organization experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is essential, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, primarily day shift with some flexibility for off‑shift coverage. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, with bonus eligibility tied to organizational performance.
