About the Role

The Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently completing prep lists and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events. Responsibilities may vary by account according to business needs and client requirements. All staff must follow Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies, participate in training, and report any hazards to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. • Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment. • Follow workplace safety, food safety, HACCP, and internal audit SOPs daily. • Operate large‑volume culinary equipment safely (slicer, mixer, processor, blender, chopper). • Clock in and out for the workday and during breaks. • Prepare food according to NetMenu recipes and production sheets. • Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment per regulatory standards. • Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment issues. • Attend all scheduled meetings and perform additional duties as assigned. • Participate in HSEQ training and promptly report potential hazards.

What You Bring
